About
Marsh & Miller · Est. Amsterdam
Marsh & Miller started from a simple idea: that the spaces we live in should feel calm, considered, and quietly personal. A lot of furniture today is made to be cheap and replaced within a year. We set out to make the opposite, pieces you keep and live with for a long time.
Honest materials
We design around natural materials and let them do the work. Wood for warmth, stone for weight, ceramic for the kind of handmade imperfection no machine gets right, with soft linen and wool to tie it together. We like finishes that age well instead of wearing out, and textures that feel as good to the touch as they look in a room. A good home isn't really styled so much as it's lived in.
Considered design
There's real thought behind every piece, even the simple-looking ones. We think a room works better when you choose carefully rather than just add more, so we keep the shapes clean, the proportions sensible, and the details understated. Each piece holds its own, and sits just as easily in a room you've put together over the years.
Made to last
We'd rather you keep one piece for a long time than keep replacing cheap ones. So we build things properly, with solid construction and shapes that don't date. It's the kind of furniture that earns its place and looks better the longer you have it.
Here to help
Behind all of it is a small team that cares about getting the details right, from the materials we pick to the way your order arrives at the door. If you're ever stuck on how to style a corner or which piece fits your space, we're just an email away.
