How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select the piece you'd like, choose any available options such as size, finish, fabric, or colour, then add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed successfully, you'll see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If your order hasn't yet entered processing or shipping, we may be able to update details such as your delivery address, contact information, or selected finish. Please contact us as soon as possible at quincy.stjeward@gmail.com with your order number.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery is free and takes an estimated 3-5 working days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Larger or made-to-order items may need extra handling time, shown at checkout where available.

Do you offer furniture delivery?

Yes. We deliver furniture and larger home items across the UK, including Northern Ireland, using trusted carriers such as DPD, DHL, and XDP Delivery. Available options appear at checkout.

Will large items be delivered inside my home?

Some large orders may qualify for room-of-choice delivery depending on your location and the carrier. Where available, this option appears at checkout or is confirmed by our team after your order is placed.

What should I do before my furniture delivery arrives?

Please measure doorways, staircases, and the final room placement area before delivery. Clear the path to the room and make sure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.

How do I know if a piece will fit my space?

Each product page includes dimensions to help you plan. We recommend measuring your room, entryways, and surrounding furniture, then using painter's tape to mark the item's footprint on the floor before ordering.

Do your products require assembly?

Assembly details are included with applicable products. If you need another copy or have questions before your item arrives, contact us with the product name or order number.

How do I care for upholstery?

Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment and blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners unless recommended for the specific fabric, and always check the product care instructions before treating stains.

How do I care for wood furniture?

Dust with a soft cloth and clean with products suitable for the finish. Use coasters, placemats, and felt pads to protect against heat, moisture, and scratches, and avoid long periods in direct sunlight or near strong heat sources.

How do I look after rugs?

Rotate rugs periodically for even wear, vacuum on a gentle setting, and address spills promptly. For delicate textiles or larger stains, we recommend professional cleaning suited to the material.

Do you provide care instructions for specific materials?

Yes. Product pages may include material-specific care notes, and our team can help with extra guidance for wood, upholstery, stone, ceramics, metals, rugs, and decorative objects.

Returns & Refunds

Changing your mind, returns, and refunds.

What is your return policy?

You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are free, and we'll provide a prepaid label. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at quincy.stjeward@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label and the return address.

When will I get my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email to confirm and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us at quincy.stjeward@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items we cover return costs and will repair, replace, or refund.
