Changed your mind?

You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Just email us within that period and you'll have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be returned unused and in a resaleable condition, with original packaging where possible.

How to return an item

Email us at quincy.stjeward@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We'll send you a prepaid return label and the return address.

Send the item back using the label provided, and we'll take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email to confirm and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We refund the full price of the goods plus the standard outbound delivery cost.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us at quincy.stjeward@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Within 30 days you can reject it for a full refund; after that we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. We cover all return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
