Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).

Cost and delivery time

Standard delivery is free on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Larger or made-to-order pieces may need extra handling time, which is shown at checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has left us.

Our couriers

We deliver using trusted carriers including DPD, DHL, and XDP Delivery. The courier used depends on the size of your order and your delivery address. Where tracking is available, you'll receive a dispatch email so you can follow your order.

Large & furniture items

Some large orders may qualify for room-of-choice delivery depending on your location and the carrier. Where available, this option appears at checkout or is confirmed by our team after your order is placed. Before delivery, please measure doorways, staircases, and the final room placement area, and clear the path to the room.

Returns

Returns are free. You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and we'll provide a prepaid return label. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order is taking longer than expected, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us at quincy.stjeward@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll put it right.
