Refund policy

Deze is policy-tekst, dus die schrijf ik gewoon hier uit. Drie streepjes eruit: de em-dash-sandwich bij je legal rights, de em-dash bij "Returns are free", en de en-dash in "1–2".

At Marsh & Miller we want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return it. It sits alongside your legal rights and does not affect them.

Your right to change your mind

You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us at quincy.stjeward@gmail.com with your order number within that period. Once we've confirmed your return, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Returns are free, and we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.
We'll refund the full price of the goods, plus the standard (cheapest) outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you've sent them.
Items must be returned unused and in a resaleable condition, with original packaging where possible. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to inspect the item.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or isn't fit for purpose:

Within 30 days you can reject it for a full refund.
After 30 days (and up to 6 months) we'll offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that's not possible.
We cover return postage costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Please email quincy.stjeward@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll put it right as quickly as we can.

How to return an item

Email quincy.stjeward@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
We'll send you a prepaid return label and the return address.
Send the item back using the label provided.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email to confirm and process your refund within 14 days.
