Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Marsh & Miller. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About us

Marsh & Miller is a trading name of Savvy Listings, a sole trader registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 95070052, with its address at Martini van Geffenstraat 103, 1068 GE Amsterdam, Netherlands. 2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation or dispatch email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, lack of stock, or suspected fraud, and where we do, we will refund any payment you have made.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of items you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatching them. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

4. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Slight variations in colour, grain, or finish may occur, particularly with natural materials such as wood, stone, and ceramic. These variations are a normal characteristic of the materials and not a defect.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery options, costs, and times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your right to cancel and return items, and how refunds work, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a UK consumer, this includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, belongs to Marsh & Miller or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence, for example UK consumer law if you are resident in the United Kingdom. Any dispute may be brought before the competent courts of your country of residence.
